2017 is here and I bet most of you are up for a “New Year, New You” challenge. Most of us include fitness or wellness as part of our new year’s resolution and only half of us stick to it by the end of the year. Having the goal in mind is a great start, but how do you really start your fitness journey? Here are some tips on what to consider for your #BalikAlindogProgram for 2017. 

Before I proceed with my quick checklist, I’d like to make a quick disclaimer that I’m not an expert in this field. I’ll just be sharing the stuff that worked for me for the past years.

 CHOOSE THE RIGHT WORKOUT

Whether you want to workout in a fitness club, studio or just go by yourself. Make sure to keep your interest in mind. Being interested in a certain workout or exercise will help you stay motivated all throughout the year.

 SEEK FOR HELP

Before you start with your journey, it is best to seek expert help with coaches and nutritionists to help you with your exercise and nutrition plan. You may also do your own research online to find a routine that’s suited for your fitness goals.

 SUPPLEMENT YOUR WORKOUT

Some of you might feel scared in taking supplements because of some myths about its side effects. If you’re really decided to take on the fitness track, clean eating and food supplements will really help you achieve your dream body.

Consistency is key in achieving your fitness goals. Make fitness a part of your lifestyle and believe me when I say that great things will come your way.
