Let’s talk about supplements. In this post I’ll be sharing with you my current stash from Muscle Shack. As you know, Nikki and I are part of #TeamMuscleShack and they allow us to review different workout supplements that we can share with all of you. In this episode of The Fit Stop we talked about the supplements we take and how each supplement work.
In this part of the post I’ll be sharing the current supplements that I’m taking and the purpose of each supplement. Just a disclaimer, I ain’t no expert and everything that I write on this blog are based on my personal experience. Protein shakes are very famous in the fitness industry and a lot of people I know drinks protein shake. Protein is a must when you’re building muscle, different type of people have different protein requirements depending on their goal. This brand gives you 24g of protein per serving. It’s also a great treat for those who’s on a strict diet.
Lysine is an essential component of all proteins and works with other essential amino acids to maintain growth, lean body mass, and the body’s store of nitrogen.
Fat burners are my go-to supplement. For the longest time I’ve been on a hunt for good quality fat burners and good think Nutra Bio and Muscle Shack carry them. I’m not really new to taking fat burners but some of them really don’t work. What I like this one is that it has 9 fat burning ingredients that will really help you achieve your ideal body.
So far I’m still in the process of taking these supplements. I’ll give you a quick update from time to time and let’s see if they really work.
