JANUARY 2017 Favorites

Our first chapter this year just ended, but before we completely forget about the past month, let me share to you some of my most loved items and happenings from different categories. Of course, a variety in my blog posts wouldn’t hurt right? Shall we start?

VANS Old Skool

Well when this came out late last year I wasn’t really eyeing to get a pair. But when I found out that it’s already sold out in their stores and other retailers, I promised to myself that I’ll get a pair when I go to Taiwan. And luckily, I got mine at the first ABC mart I visited.

Bliss Bowls

I found out about this when we did a feature for it for The Fit Stop. I was really excited because it was my first time to try a smoothie bowl and I really don’t know what to expect. The mix of fruits, veggies, and nuts really made this hearty bowl a winner for me. It’s guilt free and it’s a great post workout grub.

I recently enrolled myself in a “traditional” gym so I can cross train and do another type of training which is body building. YES. Body Building is something that I want to do this year. What I like about this gym is that it’s fairly new, it’s clean, and they have friendly coaches and staffs. Special shoutout to my coaches Coack Kicko, Coach March, and Coach Nosh. Come visit them at the 3rd level of Creekside Square Bldg. along Tomas Morato Ave.

Earlier this January, I had a short trip with my parents in Taipei. It was my second time to visit and I still have a lot to discover. We stayed at Diary of Taipei – Taipei Main Station and flew via AirAsia. This trip was my Christmas gift to my parents that’s why it’s so memorable for me. Let me know if you want a more detailed blog post about this trip.

WOW. TECH. Really? HAHAHA I’m not sure if this item will really fall under tech but I really want to include this is my favorites list. I got my Imarflex Turbo Fryer and I think that was the best decision I made this year. It makes clean eating more fun and hassle free. I’ve yet to explore more recipes or dishes that I can do with my new kitchen baby.

And you’ve reached the end of my post. I hope you enjoyed reading about my January 2017 favorites. Let me know if you have other stuff that you’d want me to try or review. Don’t forget to follow me on my social media accounts.
