You enroll yourself in a fitness gym or club (no hindi included and na-takeover mong gym sa Pokemon Go!). Allow us to give you some tips on how to choose the right gym or club. Here are the 3 major things to consider in choosing the right gym/club.
As per Coach Chappy, it’s better to have it near your workplace. Because tendencies are you get so tired at the end of the day and you just skip the gym because you’re mind and body is dragging you to your home.
Why dance when you don’t dance? Why punch some bags when all you want to do is swim? Another major factor in choosing the perfect gym/club is to be interested in what you’ll be doing for the next few months or years. Of course, it will be hard because there are a lot of options out there. The thing is, being interested in a certain workout can really lead you to your fitness goals. It’s more sustainable and it won’t feel like a chore. Again, as per Coach Chappy (wow nakakailan ka na ah!) “Fitness is not a CHORE, it’s a CHOICE Pak! Ganoin.”
