A lot of people have been asking me about my weight loss journey. To be honest I really want to write about it but I feel like I need to assess myself more and really look back on what happened. There might be a tendency for me to write a long blog post about it if someone won’t structure all my thoughts for that post since I’m really invested to it. Speaking of weight loss, I’m really happy that a lot of Filipinos now are becoming health buffs and are being more conscious about their lifestyle.

FWD2Another reason to motivate you is FitFil or the Fit Filipino National Weight Loss Challenge spearheaded by the power duo in the fitness industry Coach Jim and Coach Toni Saret. The FitFitl challenge aims to accumulate 1,000,000 lbs lost to fellow Filipinos who accepted the challenge and pledge a number of pounds to lose.


FWD5With that, FitFil will be throwing several fitness parties and activities all over the Philippines together with FWD Life Philippines to assure that we’ll all able start moving and to commit to the challenge. They’ve also partnered with different government organizations and other associations in order to entice more people and show the force that the Philippines is ready for some good change.

Let’s talk about supplements. In this post I’ll be sharing with you my current stash from Muscle Shack. As you know, Nikki and I are part of #TeamMuscleShack and they allow us to review different workout supplements that we can share with all of you. In this episode of The Fit Stop we talked about the supplements we take and how each supplement work.

Sunlife’s #GoWellSweatSquad || The Fit Stop

GoWellSweatSquad1Last Thursday, I got reunited with my fitness beshies for another round of sweat sesh with The Fit Stop’s very own Nikki Torres. It was a fit and fun filled night with Jeff, Ate Jackie, Nikki, and the Go Well team. With over 150 attendees, we all moved as one as we dance to the latest beats including hits from popstar Britney spears. See more of the event our latest video.

Few weeks ago I got invited to FitStreet. It was a 2-day of fun and interactive fitness activities perfect for wellness enthusiasts like me. FitStreet was held in Bonifacio High Street and there were tons of booths that offer special promos and discounts for people who visit them.

Dj Mars Miranda dropped sick beats to keep us pumped up all throughout our session. It was really fun because good music can set your pace and it will make you enjoy your workout more. Another bonus is that they added some cool hits from the 90’s and early 2000’s in some of the tracks.


Also, I got a chance to do it with my fellow FitStop beshie, Nikki Torres. We did the 3-hour fitness marathon and it was hella fun. We were able to do so many things from dance, HIIT, martial arts, strength, and more. It was totally a night to remember because it was one of the most memorable fitness events that I’ve attended.
